Hi! I’m Layla, the person behind Virtual Assistant in Madrid. I created this space to support entrepreneurs, freelancers, and expats who are building big things — and need a little help staying on top of it all.

With over 10 years of experience supporting leaders in education, nonprofits, and creative industries, I’ve learned how to bring calm, clarity, and structure to even the most chaotic to-do lists. I help remote teams and solo founders with admin, scheduling, content creation, and all those “please take this off my plate” tasks — always with heart, and a bit of strategy.

I’m bilingual (Spanish/English), love writing SEO-friendly content, and have a background in marketing and design — so if you need systems and visibility, you’re in the right place.

When I’m not organizing someone else’s life, I’m probably listening to music, planning my next trip, or befriending every animal I meet (yes, all of them). I believe that good systems don’t just reduce stress — they create space for creativity, rest, and meaningful work.
